Defining the store experience for the first Sonos store opening.

I designed and tested three different experiences for the physical Sonos store experience, using different flows helping our client understand if we should lean into a more playful or educational stimuli.

Designs and stimuli were tested in a lifesize Sonos store prototype, allowing us to do a full walkthrough with users, and demonstrating core product features like speaking synchronisation.

The Store UX launched in New York and London.
